I know everyone has their preference on how to store their cutting dies ... and through the years I’ve tried several different ways. Ultimately I decided it’s best for me to keep my cutting dies in the original plastic envelope they come in, with a slight alteration . . .
Magnet 🧲 Sheets!!
The cutting dies come mounted on this extra strong double sided tape. There’s no problem using this tape over and over, it just doesn’t work for me.
I try to remove the dies exactly as they come (so I can get them to fit back onto the magnet sheet). Then I simply cut a sheet of magnet to fit directly over the white cardboard piece.
These are the magnet sheets I use. They’re from Amazon. They have a full adhesive backing, and are much stronger than the vent covers.
I believe they come in smaller sizes, but I like the full sheets, so I can customize the size.
